MARS Recruitment has an exciting new vacancy for an Account Director for an international Marketing agency based in Tunbridge Wells!

Salary £35,000 - £45,000 + bonuses

Our client is a global leader in the Media industry and due to their growth and success, they now have a new vacancy for an Account Director to join their team.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for communicating and selling the company’s value proposition to existing and prospective clients. You will be developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key client users and decision makers.

 · Establish strong professional relationships with key client decision makers

 · Network extensively with former/current/new clients

 · Attend key market research trade shows in the region

 · Conduct highly professional and effective client presentations over the phone and in person

 · Submit timely and accurate activity reports via CRM

 · Interface with internal Technical, Accounting and Coordination departments as needed

 · Travel throughout Europe required (15% of time)

The Person

 - Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

 - Demonstrated success in business to business sales

 - Experience selling market research is highly desirable

 - Highly driven to succeed

 - Experience in effective negotiations
