MARS Recruitment have an exciting new vacancy for an Account Director to join one of the most advanced and progressive web marketing companies in the UK

Established for over ten years, our client based near Maidstone, Kent have built up a well known and respected reputation in the UK, offering cutting edge technology to increase all growth of online revenue for their clients specialising in e-commerce, web solutions and web marketing.

The organisation is now in search for an Account Director. You will be responsible for senior level account management of a number of large automotive main dealers including: Franchised Groups, Car Supermarkets, Specialist Independents and commercial vehicle retailers. You will be dealing with senior executives and business owners on a daily basis. Your role will entail developing these customers' online and digital strategies and helping to maximize the return on investment of their marketing budgets from the internet.

Responsibilities

 * Growing and developing your key accounts

 * Providing exceptional advice and guidance to your clients

 * Identifying key opportunities and partnership potentials for their Automotive clients

 * Input and contribution to Automotive marketing efforts

 * Daily reporting and administration as required via the Company's Web Based CRM

Key Skills

 * A proven track record of building customer relationships, account management and achieving sales targets

 * Good deal negotiation and influencing skills.

 * Self-motivation and results-oriented with a positive outlook

 * Attention to detail and ability to understand customer business goals

 * Ability to think clearly and calmly when faced with issues or problems.

 * Ability to cope well with the demands of a rapidly growing company and display initiative

Your Profile

You will be articulate, possess excellent organisational skills, a great communicator and able to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive market particularly with the main dealer sector and have a good understanding of the internet and its application within the automotive marketplace.

In return, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary + OTE £75,000-£100,000 p.a, company laptop and iPhone
